Experienced Climber / Supervisor Wanted -Boston

Malc Firth Landscapes Ltd has a vacancy for an experienced Climber / Supervisor who is passionate about trees, to be based at Sutterton, near Boston, Lincolnshire.

You will have a minimum of 3 years’ climbing experience, ideally 1 year supervisory experience although this position would be ideal for a climber looking for their first supervisor position as full training will be given to the right candidate. You must have a good working knowledge of trees and health and safety and be able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule projects/tasks for team members
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project success and completion on time and within budget
• Monitor progress and quality of work
• Provide guidance and support to staff
• Manage inventory and equipment

All PPE will be provided.

You will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per year which includes Bank Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend and working away when Required

• Eligibility to work within the UK
• IPAF certification
• NPTC CS30.1/30.2
• NPTC CS38.1/38.2
• NPTC CS39,
• NPTC CS40
• NPTC CS41
• Hold a valid Full UK driving license.
